Monkey Reading Log

It's winding down to the end of the year!  Use this fun reading log as a way to motivate your students to continue to read each night. This includes:

1. A cover page

2. A page of monkeys for your students to write down how many minutes they read each night on each monkey. Also a place for parents to initial.

3. A reading log sheet for students to write the title, author, minutes they read, date, and parent initial.

4. A fun recipe for a banana split and a cute clip art monkey that allows students to write a goal for how many minutes they plan to read each night.

5. A full page branch clip art for students to cut out and hang in the classroom. As they fill out their monkeys each night, they can cut a monkey out and hang it on this branch.
